Frustrated by the hype and poor service, typical of the real estate industry, I got a broker license so I could offer real help to friends and family. It turned out to be a natural fit. Using my expertise in marketing, design, psychology and negotiation, I offer technologies, skills and perspective that serve my clients well.
I have lived in The Springs since 1982 and have a good knowledge of the city’s countless neighborhoods. I am passionate and knowledgeable about homes and this beautiful and unique area.
I specialize in selling and remodeling turn-of-the-century and mid-century homes and have the knowledge, technology and expertise to market properties locally, nationally and around the globe.
